You might not expect to find some of the world’s best BBQ in Duluth, MN — but you might be surprised. My wife and I recently made the trip, inspired by a tip from our friend and neighborhood carpenter, who – it turns out – is a good judge of places to go.
OMC Smokehouse is the name. We’re told it stands for Oink, Moo, Cluck, since they serve BBQ ribs, brisket and wings. If you happen to be traveling in the area this summer, we recommend you stop. There’s no view of Lake Superior, but the food is delicious.
